1. What Yokefellow is
Yokefellow is a platform and app framework built around public participation surfaces. It may include buckets, updates, proof records, offerings, NFT-backed rights, permissions, account surfaces, and connected app experiences built on shared rails.
Yokefellow is also an evolving system. Some features are experimental, some may change over time, and some may be available only in certain deployments, networks, or connected apps. Using Yokefellow means you understand that the platform is still developing.
Effective date: April 4, 2026.
2. Eligibility
You may use Yokefellow only if you are legally allowed to do so under the laws that apply to you.
- You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- Your use of Yokefellow must not violate any law or regulation that applies to you.
- You are responsible for complying with local restrictions that apply to digital assets, wallets, NFTs, tokens, or online financial activity.
If you use Yokefellow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Your wallet, your responsibility
Some parts of Yokefellow rely on blockchain wallets, signatures, tokens, or NFT holdings. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys or seed phrase, approvals, permissions, and every transaction you authorize.
- Review transactions carefully before confirming them.
- Use the correct network, wallet, and account setup.
- Understand that onchain actions may be irreversible.
Yokefellow does not control your wallet and cannot reverse blockchain transactions simply because you regret, misunderstand, or later dispute them.
4. Public blockchain activity
Blockchain activity is public by nature. If you connect a wallet to Yokefellow or interact with onchain parts of the platform, some information may be publicly visible, including wallet addresses, token or NFT holdings, transaction history, and other onchain activity.
Yokefellow may display or reference public blockchain data as part of the platform experience. By using the platform, you understand that public blockchain activity is not private.
5. Buckets, support, and participation
Yokefellow may allow users to create, manage, support, or participate in public surfaces such as buckets. A bucket may relate to a project, event, competition, team, creator path, product, or another effort.
Yokefellow provides infrastructure and public surfaces, but that does not mean Yokefellow independently verifies every statement, promise, timeline, or claim made by a bucket owner, operator, contributor, or participant.
If you support a bucket, you do so at your own discretion.
- Evaluate what the bucket says it is for.
- Evaluate what rights or participation, if any, are being offered.
- Evaluate what proof or updates have been provided.
- Decide for yourself whether the effort is something you want to support.
Supporting a bucket does not guarantee success, completion, delivery, value, or any particular outcome.
6. Offerings, rights, and NFTs
Yokefellow may support offerings, NFT issuance, claims, access rights, rewards, roles, permissions, or other participation structures. These can vary widely depending on the builder, bucket, app surface, or connected experience.
- Not all offerings are financial products.
- Not all NFTs carry the same rights or utility.
- Utility may depend on the specific bucket, app, rules, or connected experience.
- Some rights may be limited, conditional, revocable, or dependent on continued platform support.
- Some NFTs may function as keys only where a builder or app has chosen to make them function that way.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ownership of a token or NFT does not give you equity, ownership of a business, governance rights outside the stated system, or any legal claim beyond the specific rights described for that item.
7. No promise of value
Tokens, NFTs, offerings, rewards, and other digital items on Yokefellow may have no market value, may lose value, or may never gain value.
Yokefellow does not guarantee liquidity, resale opportunities, appreciation, demand, profitability, or any secondary market outcome. Nothing on the platform should be understood as a promise that an asset, token, NFT, right, or participation surface will hold or increase in value.
8. No financial, legal, or investment advice
Yokefellow is not a broker, investment adviser, law firm, bank, fiduciary, or licensed financial planner. Nothing on the platform is financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or investment advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
9. User content and public materials
Yokefellow may allow users to post profiles, updates, proofs, comments, descriptions, media, links, documents, and other content. You remain responsible for the content you post.
- You must have the right to post what you publish.
- Your content must not be fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious.
- Do not upload harmful code, exploit payloads, or abusive material.
By posting content, you grant Yokefellow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, format, reproduce, and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the platform.
Content you publish publicly may remain visible in cached, quoted, archived, or onchain-linked forms even after you later edit or remove it.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use Yokefellow to do any of the following:
- Violate the law or assist unlawful conduct.
- Misrepresent an offering, project, right, or identity.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Post fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content.
- Bypass permissions, gating, or access controls.
- Exploit, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
- Use Yokefellow in connection with scams, unlawful securities activity, unlawful gambling, money laundering, or similar illegal schemes.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or abuse other users.
Yokefellow may limit, suspend, or remove access where it reasonably believes platform integrity, user safety, legal compliance, or system stability requires it.
11. Experimental features and third-party dependencies
Yokefellow is an evolving platform. Features may be added, removed, delayed, paused, changed, or deprecated at any time.
- Bucket features and profile features may change over time.
- Offering mechanics, NFT behavior, and permissions logic may evolve.
- Supported networks, integrations, and connected app experiences may change or disappear.
Yokefellow may rely on third-party infrastructure, including wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, storage tools, indexing systems, or other integrations. Yokefellow is not responsible for failures, delays, outages, exploits, forks, gas spikes, transaction issues, provider interruptions, wallet bugs, or other problems caused by third-party systems.
12. Accounts, profiles, permissions, and display state
If Yokefellow offers profiles, account surfaces, badge systems, access controls, or permission-linked NFT behavior, those systems may depend on wallet ownership, platform state, indexing, contract logic, or other technical conditions.
- Display state may lag.
- Ownership recognition may depend on sync or indexing.
- A permission or role may exist only under the rules of a specific bucket, NFT binding, or connected app.
Yokefellow may update how these systems are displayed or enforced as the platform evolves.
13. Suspension and removal
Yokefellow may suspend, restrict, remove, or refuse access to any user, bucket, content, profile, comment, or connected surface where it believes doing so is necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to legal risk, address abuse or fraud, protect platform integrity, protect other users, or comply with technical or operational limits.
14. Disclaimers
Yokefellow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Yokefellow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, reliability, or uninterrupted performance.

That includes losses related to:
- wallet compromise

- token or NFT price changes
- failed projects or failed offerings
- incorrect addresses
- third-party service failures
- outages, indexing delays, or sync issues
- user content or user conduct
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Yokefellow and its operators for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to Yokefellow in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $500.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yokefellow and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of wallets, tokens, NFTs, permissions, offerings, or connected app surfaces.
17. Changes to these Terms
Yokefellow may update these Terms from time to time. If that happens, the updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
