Yokefellow Identity Bucket Policy
Policy for the Yokefellow Identity Bucket, covering profile-facing identity NFTs, craft ingredients, recipe-based burns, limited craft outputs, random offerings, transferability, and current profile-image use.

Yokefellow Identity Bucket Policy
Policy version: 1 Bucket: Yokefellow Identity Bucket Operator: Yokefellow Purpose: Profile-facing Yokefellow identity NFTs
- What this bucket is
The Yokefellow Identity Bucket issues collectible identity NFTs that can be equipped as Yokefellow profile images on supported site surfaces.
This bucket is meant to demonstrate Yokefellow’s identity, offering, random-output, and craft systems using simple profile-facing NFTs. Some identities are direct outputs. Some are random craft ingredients. Some are crafted by burning eligible input NFTs.
- Current scope
Identity NFTs from this bucket are profile-facing collectibles. They are intended for use as Yokefellow profile images on supported surfaces.
This bucket does not currently grant Lounge access, room rights, furniture rights, financial rewards, raffle entries, governance rights, company ownership, or guaranteed future utility outside the stated profile-image use.
Future Yokefellow surfaces may recognize these NFTs if those surfaces are later connected, but this policy does not promise that every future surface will support every identity.
- Starter identities
The bucket may include basic starter identities such as Yokefellow male and female profile identities. Starter identities are simple profile-facing NFTs and are not automatically craft ingredients unless an offering or recipe specifically says they are.
- Craft ingredient identities
The current craft ingredient set includes:
Sheep Frog Newt Raven
These NFTs may be received through configured offerings and may be used as inputs in eligible craft recipes. Craft ingredients can still be used as profile images while held, unless they are later burned in a craft action.
- Crafting rules
Crafting consumes the required input NFTs. When a user crafts an output, the input NFTs are burned and cannot be recovered.
The current planned craft recipes are:
Witch — burn 1 Sheep, 1 Frog, 1 Newt, and 1 Raven Shepherd — burn 10 Sheep Prince — burn 5 Frogs Ravenscribe — burn 3 Ravens Trailkeeper — burn 2 Newts
A wallet must hold the required input NFTs at the time of crafting. If an input NFT is transferred away or already burned, it cannot be used for the recipe.
- Limited craft outputs
Craft outputs may have maximum supplies. Once the maximum supply for a craft output is reached, that craft path may no longer mint additional copies unless Yokefellow publishes a new policy version or creates a separate future class.
Current planned craft limits:
Witch: 150 maximum Shepherd: 500 maximum Prince: 250 maximum Ravenscribe: 300 maximum Trailkeeper: 175 maximum 7. Random and choice offerings
Some offerings may give users a fixed output. Some may let users choose an output. Some may resolve randomly from a configured output pool.
For random offerings, the active offering configuration controls the possible outputs and any weighting. Users should read the offering card before participating, because the current output pool and weights may matter.
A random ingredient offering may produce one of the current craft ingredients, such as Sheep, Frog, Newt, or Raven. Receiving one ingredient does not guarantee the user will receive the other ingredients needed for a recipe.
- Transferability
Unless the class or offering says otherwise, identity NFTs from this bucket may be transferable.
A transferred NFT carries only the rights and limitations that apply to that NFT. Transfer does not create extra utility, restore burned inputs, bypass supply caps, or change a recipe requirement.
- Profile-image use
Identity NFTs from this bucket may be equipped as Yokefellow profile images where the site supports that feature.
Profile-image support may open in stages. Some site surfaces may recognize these NFTs before others. A visible NFT in a wallet does not guarantee immediate support across every current or future Yokefellow surface.
- Metadata and display
NFT metadata and images are used by Yokefellow and other surfaces to describe and display the identity. Metadata, images, names, and descriptions should not be read as granting rights beyond this policy, the class settings, and the active offering configuration.
Yokefellow may correct display errors, broken image links, obvious metadata mistakes, or formatting issues where needed to keep the bucket readable and accurate.
- No financial promise
Identity NFTs from this bucket are collectibles and profile-facing identity outputs. They should not be treated as investment products, profit promises, revenue shares, or claims on Yokefellow’s business.
Any resale value, if resale is available, depends on market interest and is not guaranteed.
- User responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing the bucket, offering, recipe, price, inputs, output, supply limit, and wallet transaction before participating.
Burning an NFT through a craft recipe is intended to be final. Users should only craft when they understand which NFTs will be consumed and which NFT will be minted in return.
- Policy updates
Yokefellow may publish updated policy versions as the Identity Bucket grows. A future update may add new identities, new recipes, new offering types, new supported surfaces, or clearer limits.
A policy update should not secretly rewrite a completed craft action. Users should read the policy version, offering configuration, and class details that apply when they participate.
